PAYMENTS ACCEPTED:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Venmo, Cash App, or cash.
DEPOSITS:
A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for all appointments that will go towards your payment for your service. Packages require a $40 deposit. Booking only requires deposit, the remaining balance must be paid at time of appointment.
PACKAGES OR PAYMENT PLANS:
If you book a package, payment of 30-40% down is required at the first session (the $40 deposit will go towards this payment). Remaining balance can be on a payment plan. If you are on a payment plan all money that was paid is non-refundable.
You can pay the package in full, but if you fail to appear for any session/decide to stop treatments, there will be no refunds.
You can cancel your sessions if you don't want to move forward, but money that was already paid will not be refunded.
RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS:
If you contact me and give me a 24 hour prior notice that you won't be able to make your appointment, your deposit will still be valid & will be applied to a new appointment. It must be made within the same month, anything after will require a new deposit. If you decide to cancel, you will lose your deposit as it is non-refundable. If you do not cancel and reschedule or do not show up to your appointment, your deposit will NOT be refunded.
LATE POLICY:
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late, please reach out to me. A 10-minute grace policy will be given to all appointments. If 10 minutes late, you will receive only the remaining time. If you are a no show, your deposit will not be refunded.
HEALTH POLICY:
I care for the health and safety of our guests. If you have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 or you are feeling sick, please reschedule your appointment. I will not have your session while you are sick or have been exposed. This is to be considerate to my clients, myself and my family. Your health and the health of others is important to us. Your deposit will go towards your next appointment.
GUESTS:
There is a designated waiting area where guests may wait but there are absolutely no guests or children allowed inside of the treatment room. No exceptions.
SAFETY:
Please read our contraindication/disqualifications list. It is your responsibility to let your body sculptor know if you have any of the disqualifications or suffer from any allergies. If you suffer from any of the symptoms listed in our disqualifications, you may not receive treatment. If you decide to omit any symptoms to your body sculptor and decide to proceed with treatment, BeDazzled Body & Boutique, LLC and its participants are not responsible for any damages or reactions caused from treatments. If you are unsure, please feel free to contact us.
ZERO TOLERANCE:
We are a judgement free zone and respect everyone regardless of their age, background or preferences. All treatments are done with the utmost respect and we have zero tolerance towards discrimination and harassment. If we feel you don't comply with our policies, you will be asked to leave and may be banned from future services.

Please note that results may vary from person to person based on age, lifestyle, habits, and medical history. Everyone is different as every BODY is different.
It is recommended to start with 4-12 sessions for best results, for optimal results 6-12 sessions but the maintenance of the results depends on YOU. You need to do your part and commit to following the before and after treatment care. It is recommended that you keep healthy habits that include drinking plenty of water, eating more healthy foods, and some exercise that can include walking, workouts, etc.
