Very important - please read carefully. The following health concern issues will exclude one from receiving body contouring services:
- Pregnancy (up to 6 weeks postpartum)
- Breastfeeding
- Disease of the lymphatic system
- Active Cancer or within 1 year of remission (all forms)
- Undergoing Chemo or Immune Therapy
- High Blood Pressure (uncontrolled)
- Diabetes (uncontrolled)
- HIV/AIDS
- Lupus
- Acute bacterial or viral inflammations
- Active contagious skin conditions
- Blood disorders such as Hemophilia
- ANY type of blood thinner
- Prednisone and other steroids
- Metal implants in the area of the procedure
- Implanted Pacemaker

- Red, Dry or Itchy Skin
- Heart, Kidney or Liver Disease
- Sunburn
- Recent surgery (Doctor release highly recommended)

It's very important to follow Pre and Post Treatment Instructions.
Before your treatment..
- Consume at least 2 liters of water 1 day prior to your service
- Avoid heavy meals the day before appointment
- Do not eat 1-2 hours before appointment
- Avoid caffeine and carbonated drinks & alcohol within 48 hours of appointment
- Please come with dry clean skin free of any lotions or products
- Shave any body hair on or around area to be treated
- Wear loose fitting comfortable clothing to your session that can be rolled and tucked
- Remove all piercings, metal and jewelry from body
- Bring your waist trainer (available at shop for purchase)
* It is recommended to wear a waist trainer after & in between sessions (please see waist training section)
** If you are experiencing any ill symptoms, please reschedule
*** If you are on your menstrual cycle on the day of your treatment, your session will have to be rescheduled

After your treatment..
Please remember for lasting optimal results YOU must do your part.
- You can resume normal activities immediately after treatment
- Avoid eating 1-2 hours after treatment
- Do not take a hot shower after treatments, water should be warm to cold. No spa or sauna for 24 hours after treatment
- If possible, a power walk or cardio after each treatment is recommended to accelerate lymph movement & elevate heart rate
- Avoid heavy meals, sugars, fatty foods and heavy carbs
- Continue to drink plenty of water. This is very important to facilitate lymphatic drainage. It is recommended to drink half your body weight in water
- Do not consume alcohol, caffeine or carbonated drinks 24 hours after treatment
- Do not fast, as this will put your body in starvation mode & become more resistant to releasing stored fat
- Daily exercises maximize results
- Wear a waist trainer (available for purchase in shop) or any form of shape-wear for at least 4-5 days of the week (this too is very important). Please see waist training tab for more info.
Note: Some experience swelling, itching and some pain is normal.
You may see results same day or 2 weeks. Do not be discouraged if you do not see them right away as full results can take 1-3 months to realize. The body will continue to excrete fat cells up to 6 months after treatments.
**Please try to keep scheduled appointments if on a package plan for best results.
Your guide to the optimal sauna experience
Pre-session:
- Wait at least 1-2 hours after eating before beginning an infrared sauna session.
- Hydrate with a minimum of 8 ounces of water to prepare for an increase in core body temperature.
- Come to your session in a bathing suit or shorts & sports bra/tank, bring a change of clothing as you may sweat and will be wet.
During session:
- Optimal sauna experience occurs between 100° and 130°F.
- Listen to your body and adjust based on what it's telling you. If you feel flu-like symptoms, discontinue and let our staff know.
- Everyone sweats differently. You may not sweat during the first few sessions. Sweat will increase with regular use.
Post-session:
- Rehydrate with 8 to 24 oz. of water or electrolyte drink to replenish fluids.
- Use your sauna session as a warmup before exercise and continue with your next activity or..
- Dry off with an absorbent towel, then cool down naturally or with a shower.

- Has Diabetes (Not Controlled) or under the care of a Physician
- Epilepsy
- Lupus
- Recent Chemical Peels, Laser of Facial Treatments, Needle Injections within the last 14 days
- Chronic Illnesses such as Hepatitis, HIV or Cancer
- Acute of Chronic Skin Diseases in the area to have performed treatment
- Active Inflammatory Acne
- Hypersensitivity to any of the constituents of the filling preparations
- Currently on Blood Thinning Medications/Anti-Coagulants
- Pre-Disposition to Hypertrophic Scars and Keloids
**If you have a history of getting cold sores, you'll need to be on an anti-viral medication from your physician for 4 days before and 2 days after to prevent an outbreak. This is the client's responsibility to obtain this medication as we are not liable for a cause of trigger for your cold-sore outbreak.
- Drink 1/2 gallon water for a few days prior to the treatment to increase the effects of the treatment.
- You should avoid taking anti-inflammatory medications and anticoagulants like Aspirin, Ibuprofen, and herbal supplements 72 hours prior. If doctor prescribed or recommended, please discuss it all with your practitioner before discontinuing.
- No alcohol 48 hours prior to your appointment.
- Make sure to avoid using any lotion or moisturizer and keep the treated areas dry.
- Shave any body hair on or around area to be treated.
- Eat a light meal before appointment.
- Wear baggy and comfortable clothes that can also be removed easily.
- You can temporarily experience some sensation of warmth or stinging up to a few hours but you are going to be able to return to your normal activities right after the treatment.
- You may notice mild redness, swelling, stinging, bruising, or tiny bumps that will diminish after a few hours to several days. This is all normal.
- Although your skin may seem smoother, that final results will be visible in a few weeks.
- For longer-lasting results keep your balanced eating habits and exercise regularly.
- Avoid alcohol for 48 hours post-treatment.
- It is not recommended to visit sauna or excessively sweat for 2 weeks after the procedure.
- Stay hydrated and drink lots of water daily.
In order to achieve complete results, you must keep in mind to pay special attention to implement a healthy meal plan and exercise plan into your everyday routine. Drink plenty of water. This Fat Loss Treatment does not perform immediate miracles, results can take a few to several weeks to appear.
